Frequently asked questions

Can I come on my own?

Yes! Palau was built for women travelling on their own.

This retreat is designed to help you get reconnected with yourself, celebrate who you are and be surrounded by likeminded women who want to champion you and what you’re trying to build.

I’ve never travelled solo before, is this retreat for me?

Many of our guests say this is the first time they're travelling solo.

Whether this is your first time as a solo traveller, or a seasoned pro, this retreat is for you.

How much does it cost?

We want Palau to be accessible to as many women as possible so we’ve built in a few options to choose from, depending on your budget. All options can be found here

Once you arrive at Palau, all of your hosted activities, meals and wine are included.

When can I make a reservation?

September 2025 bookings are now open and we will be releasing 2026 dates soon.

September booking page can be found here

Is Palau only based in one location?

Currently, Palau is accepting bookings at the Sagra location in Spain.

We would love to scale to multiple locations by 2026 and want to hear your suggestions of where we go next.

Who can attend?

We welcome all women over 25.

If you require any specific accessibility arrangements, or you have any dietary requirements, please DM us before you book.

What is the best way to get there?

The Sagra location is best reached by Alicante or Valencia airport. From both airports, there are frequent local buses to Denia. Please check the local bus timetable before you book flights.

We offer a free shuttle to collect you from, and drop you back at, the bus station at Denia. We can also help to connect you up to other guests who may prefer to share a taxi from the airport.

Feel free to message us on Instagram if you need any help with finding the best connections for your trip here.
